DIGITAL ART_things I can’t get enough of

So I’m a big fan of digital art.  I’m a really big fan of sci-fi/fantasy digital art. It’s also a medium I find myself drawn to more and more as an artist.  Maybe one day I will have the time to truly dive into the medium, to learn the craft.  Maybe.  Someday.  Sigh.  In the meantime, I love to look through online collections.  It’s mind-blowing.  Many of the artists are conceptual artists… these are the people who George Lucas and James Cameron turn to to come up with and visualize their alien worlds and creatures (you didn’t really think Lucas was that creative, did you?)  Anyway, I look through their work because it inspires me.  Take one look for yourself and you’ll realize just how many stories there are to be told. Many of the pieces are themselves inspired by notable sci-fi movies and novels (Stewart — tons of Blade Runner nior — check it out) so it only seems natural that their work inspires me… almost like a “circle of life” of sorts… a circle of inspiration.  AND I’m babbling…
